Q: How much do you charge from Phuket Airport to Phuket Town, Patong Beach, Kata Beach, or Karon Beach?

A:   1-3 pax = 1050 THB (sedan)

      1-3 pax = 1200 THB (minivan)

      4-5 pax = 1300 THB (minivan)

      6-7 pax = 1400 THB (minivan)

      Price includes professional uniformed chauffeured service, gasoline, #1st class comprehensive insurance and tax

      Additional 100 THB will be added for any service during 22:00-06:00hrs.   

Q: How much from the airport to Krabi?

A:   The cost of airport transfer depends on what type of vehicle you are booking. The prices are as follows:

      Sedan Toyota Camry: 3 person (limited luggage space) 4,000 THB (~120 $)

      9 or 12-seats Minivan Toyota Commuter: Max 7-9 people (the luggage space is bigger) 4,500 THB (~136 $)   

Q: My credit card was declined after ordering. What should I do?

A:   Thank you for your order, but your Credit or Debit Card has been declined.

      If you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, you must contact the bank that issued the card to find out why. Please note that only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.

      If you want to secure the same booking, please feel free to use a new credit card.   

Q: How do I find my driver?

A:   Phuket International Airport is a decent size. Once you go through the passport process, luggage, and walk out of the arriving terminal, our meet and greet airport representative or driver will be waiting outside displaying a signage with your name.    

Q: I travel with a baby. Do you provide child seat? How much do you charge for?

A:   As safety is #1 policy, when you order a transfer with us, we provide one child seat for FREE. If you need more than one child seat, then any additional seat is 300 THB/transfer.
