• Reservations and enquiries should be made directly to operation department via Email or Fax.
• All reservations requested must be made prior 5 business days by FAX outlining details as follow.
  • Destination, schedule, accommodation and the number of passengers of the tours.
  • Arrival and Departure flight/destination/time information.
  • Meeting point and time for picking up the tour guide.
• Trips are confirmed with half payment. Our operation will send confirmation by Fax within 24 hours after the payment

• Luggage storage space and luggage responsibility
  • Each car has luggage storage space of equipment and it is possible to use it freely and customers have to store by themselves.
  • The customer has all the responsibilities concerning luggage
